Customers are happy, greatly appreciate and will have peace of mind in this system and the extra care you are taking with their expensive equipment. No more feeling embarrassed that you have a crude & risky pickup & delivery system, if you had a system at all.

Q. How safe or stable is the cart with a load in it?
A. Extremely stable. Whether you are wheeling the cart down the street or rolling through grass the monitor will stay put in the upright position. Combine the cart and bag together and you have the ultimate in protection. Additionally the cart has dual locking casters to prevent any unwanted movement when in storage or in the load unload phase. We still recommend two handlers and extra caution on uneven terrain.
Q. We currently use furniture blankets, why should we change?
A. Furniture blankets slip and slide and cannot hold a monitor securely and do not provide complete protection. Our system eliminates this. Losses, damage and insurance claims will be greatly reduced or a thing of the past. The return on your investment will be seen almost immediately as transport related damage is held to a minimum or eliminated. When you show up to pick up a large monitor, your customers will know they called the right company.
Q. What about servicing monitors in the cart? How does that work?
A Your technicians will have total access to both sides of a monitor for quick and easy service and adjustment of customers units by using the cart. The 8 infinite position side containment support arms allow access to any screw or part of the monitor, just by moving them out of the way to gain access then moving back for full protective support. "See Cart Details Page" Also Technicians can greatly increase their productivity by utilizing several carts to hold monitors while in various stages of repair, using your existing shop space more efficiently. In addition the cart provides an excellent platform to do off site setup of your customers’ equipment before delivery.
Q. We pick up everything by hand and carry by hand, why should we spend money for your system?
A. We all did this in the beginning and we found transporting equipment in this manner was very risky and at times very costly. That's why we decided to develop this system. Consider this, what happens if one of your techs falls or slips on ice or an uneven surface? Will the monitor survive the fall? And will you be involved in a workman’s comp claim? Debris from your transport vehicle drops on the monitor while in transit. If the guy on the other end of the monitor doesn't do exactly what the other carrier expects - disaster is right around the corner. A lot of these monitors have a very slick surface making a good secure grip nearly impossible, cold weather compounds this problem.
Easily maneuver a unit throughout the shop or customers site by use of the cart. Need to park your delivery vehicle a substantial distance from the job site, this is no longer a problem, with the MonitorMover System, the cart provides a wheeled, protected platform while the bag provides additional protection from the elements, debris and accidents, just wheel it over on a MonitorMover cart, no more breaking your back or destroying your hands carrying it. Our system greatly reduces all of these risks and the associated headache.

A. It's awesome, the delivery bag has a total of 12 evenly spaced heavy duty handles that encircle the bag so two persons carrying the bag up stairs can chose which handles give them the best grip depending on the situation.
